For more than 30 years, Röstiland has been a culinary landmark in Lamai, Koh Samui. A place where Swiss tradition, European classics and authentic Thai cuisine come together in a relaxed tropical setting. Generations of guests have dined here, celebrated here and returned year after year.

On December 1, 2025, we proudly took over this long-established house. With deep respect for its history and a clear vision for its future, we continue what Röstiland has always stood for: honest food, consistent quality and genuine hospitality.

The kitchen remains true to its roots. Signature dishes such as hash browns, Zurich sliced veal and fondue remain central to our menu, alongside the Thai specialties that have shaped this place from the very beginning. We do not reinvent tradition. We protect it and carry it forward.

Surrounded by a tropical garden in the heart of Lamai, our bungalows offer peaceful comfort and a sense of belonging. Whether for a relaxed dinner, a wedding, a private celebration or a longer island stay, NOXAMA SAMUI is a place where memories are made.
